Program name

UGF Account Alerts

What we text you about

UGF Account Alerts are account texts about your membership. They include:

• Membership and billing notices – for example, letting you know a payment failed and your door access has been paused
• Free-trial and start-date confirmations
• Confirmations of account changes you asked for
• One-to-one replies to questions you send us

We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you sign up

You can opt in when you sign up online through GymMaster or at our front desk by checking the text-message box and then confirming the code we text to your phone. You can also opt in by checking the optional text message box on our website’s free-week or price-match request form. Agreeing to receive texts is never required to join UGF or buy a membership.

How often we text

Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to stop texts

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any UGF text. We’ll send one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and you won’t get more UGF Account Alerts after that. If you’d like to start again later, contact us at staff@ugf.club.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any UGF text, or email us at staff@ugf.club. Our texting number is (605) 591-1931.
