Is Ultimate Goals Fitness open 24/7?
Yes. Active members have 24/7 gym access, 365 days a year. Staffed hours are separate from member-access hours.
When is staff onsite?
Staff is onsite Monday–Friday from 9 AM–2 PM and 3 PM–6 PM. Appointments are available at other convenient times.
Can members use both locations?
UGF membership access includes both Black Hawk and Rapid Valley unless your specific membership agreement states otherwise.
How does the free-week trial work?
The free-week trial is available to eligible new members only. Submit a request and UGF staff will confirm current eligibility and trial terms.
How do month-to-month cancellations work?
For month-to-month memberships, the 30-day cancellation notice begins on the day the cancellation is submitted. Days already paid for after the most recent bill date count toward those 30 days. If the notice period extends beyond the paid-through date, only the remaining days are billed at a prorated amount. Contract and prepaid memberships follow the signed membership agreement.
Do returning members pay another enrollment fee?
If you rejoin within two months after your last active membership ended or expired, you will not be charged a new enrollment fee. Standard enrollment fees may apply after more than two months.
How does 24/7 gym price matching work?
UGF reviews comparable advertised plans from other 24/7 gyms. Bring the gym name, advertised price, plan term, and a link or screenshot. Staff will confirm current eligibility and available UGF options.
What is the difference between the membership types?
Month-to-month offers the most flexibility, contract memberships offer lower monthly payments, and prepaid memberships provide the best overall value. Select a type above to compare current plans and prices.
How do I enter outside staffed hours?
Active members use an approved UGF access credential, such as supported app access or an assigned key fob. Access can be restricted when a membership is expired, cancelled, on hold, past due, or otherwise ineligible. Use the Help button if you need assistance.
Does UGF provide childcare?
No. UGF does not provide childcare or supervised child-minding. A table is available where children can sit while waiting, but the parent or guardian remains responsible for supervision and following club rules.
