For month-to-month memberships, the 30-day cancellation notice begins on the day the cancellation is submitted.

Days already paid for after the most recent bill date count toward those 30 days. If the notice period extends beyond the paid-through date, only the remaining days are billed at a prorated amount. For example, if a cancellation is submitted 10 days after the bill date, the remaining 20 paid days count toward the notice period and only the final 10 days are billed.

Contract and prepaid memberships follow the signed membership agreement. Contract memberships cancelled during the commitment term may include the applicable $75 early-termination fee. Contract memberships continue at the same rate after the commitment term without an early-termination fee.

Cancellation may be submitted in writing to the club or through the member portal or UGF app.

Returning to UGF

If you rejoin within two months after your last active membership ended or expired, you will not be charged a new enrollment fee. Standard enrollment fees may apply after more than two months.
