If you use Gym Insight (Old Barcode System)
A membership must be cancelled 7 days or more before the next bill date to avoid another month. Once a cancellation form or letter has been turned in to staff, the membership will be active through the end of the paid term. If the membership is under either of the contract memberships (12 or 18 months), there will be an early termination fee of $75. Our contract memberships automatically renew to month to month at the same rate and drop the cancellation fee.
To cancel a membership, there are cancellation forms by the black box at the front desk area. Forms may be placed inside the black box if staff isn’t available. If you are no longer in the area, you can mail us a letter stating you would like to cancel to 3064 Covington Street Suite 102, Rapid City, SD 57703
If you have Gym Master (New System with app check in or fob)
A membership will be cancelled 30 days after notice is given to the club. The days after your bill date, but before the 30 days is up, will be billed at a prorated amount. For example, if your bill date is the 15th and the 30 days from your notice is on 25th, you will be billed for 10 days of membership. If the membership is under either of the contract memberships (12 or 18 months), there will be an additional early termination fee of $75. Our contract memberships continue to bill at the same rate at the end of their term, but with no cancellation fee. Notice of cancellation can be a written notice to the club or submitted on the member portal or app.
